Description: Hello ms. woodham. i talked with you last week and this week and am now getting in touch with you to explain the problem that we are having with mr. paul english. he is a strawberry farmer that lives in back of us at 3606 adams farm dr. lithia fla 33547 tel # 813-737-4894. on sept 18,2011 we talked with mrs. english and asked her to have mr. englis meet us at the back fence to see the mess that he had created by pushing both trees and shrubs into and through our fence. please see attaches pictures. he did not show up so we called him back again. he stated that he did not do it , but that he would look at it and see what he could do. we xalled him again on sept. 24,2011 because nothing had been done to remove the trash from the fence. mr. english did not respond back to us. also since that time mr. english has dug a five foot wide trench onto the fence which drainshis water ans mud onto our property. we had water management come out on sept.27,2011 and take pictures of thistrench which he took back to the office and has not gottenback to us on this issue of water drainage all we want is to have mr. english remove the trees and shrubs from the fence so that we can work on it . he needs to clear it far enough away so we do not have to worry about it catching on fire when he burns the plastic. i am doing this in behalf of my mother in la -----original message----- from: woodham, justine
