Description: Plm13-01737 regarding permits ele13-04821, plm13-01737 and str13-04302 i am the homeowner at 7455 oak st 46217. i was issued my first permits in sept of 2013 i should have known that the permits expire in six months but for some reason i thought they were good for one year. i rarely get mail at this address but while cutting the grass and maintaining the property 8/27/14 i checked my mail and discovered these letters stating that i owe these fines. i have not done any work on the property since approximately 1/14/2014. i originally thought i would be finished with this project in just a couple of months. i have been doing all of the work myself and ran into some serious financial problems that has not allowed me to buy the materials needed to complete the work. i am self employed and i had a bad winter financially. this summer has been much better and i am hoping to get started working on my house in the next month or so. i have a brother in tx that is coming to help me in september financially and physically. if there is any way i can get relief of these fines it would help me tremendously to get back on track. thank you very much with your time with this matter. sincerely, william c sprauer. ***see activities
