Description: Sr48886 3/14/2016 10:00 pmi could not move in the first week of september 2015 because there were roaches everywhere. they did not supply pest control before i moved in.septic is sinking into the ground and sewage was coming into the house through the tubs and under the toilets . landlord wanted tenant to pay all the bills. this happened several times. on 1/23 all the electric went out in the house. it blew the 2 tvs and 2 pedestal fans. i called an electrician and he came out to fix the problem. i was told that the house was not up to code and it could start a fire. the main wires were not grounded to the house. he did a quick fix and charge me $468.00. i took that money off the february's rent and sent the landlord a copy of the bill. all of the plumbing is not up to code either. the plumber told me when he was called several times. the neighbors have told me that this is why the other tenants moved out of the house. now i have been served with eviction papers. i am being sued for two months rent. they have the security deposit of $1000.00. but they are still suing me for $2000.00. i am a single mother with two autistic children. my mother's name was on the least because i am not working, but she is. so she is being sued also. these people took advantage of us. there is also only two window air conditioners in the house. i had to buy my own heaters because there was no heating unit supplied by landlord. i am moving out of the house and back in with my mother. this house is unsafe to live in because of the septic and the electric.first name michellelast name preslarphone number 813-793-1352mobile number --email address [email protected]
