Description: Sr8302 5/7/2015 12:14 pm on may 7th, i found termites in my apartment. i did not know what they were at the time. as soon as i figured out what they were i called the office where i live first thing monday morning, may 11. they said they would contact pest control and get it taken care of. the pest control man only sprayed the window in my bedroom where he saw a few termites, but did nothing about the rest of them. i called the office again. they called pest control, but they didn't come out again until wednesday, may 13. this time, pest control only left a can of spay on the counter. i went out of town the following day after spraying my whole room. when i returned on sunday evening, may 17, there were termites flying around my bedroom, crawling all over my bed and inside my bed and crawling out of the wall. there are 8 holes where they are coming out from. i took pictures and emailed the apartment manager asking to be notified as to what would be done. i did not hear from her at all. i had to call the office, and was told i was put on the list for pest control again. they said they would call me and let me know what was happening. they did not call me. i called on my way home from work and was told that pest control filled the holes. this was not satisfactory to me because the termites living in the walls will just make new holes. when i got home, the holes were not filled in. there were still termites crawling out from the holes and all over my room and in my bed. i immediately called the office. they called pest control again, but the office was closed. the lady form the office came to look at my apt upon my request. she didn't even want to come in, and yet it's ok for me to live there? i asked to be put in a hotel. they let me stay in the model apartment. so again, i did not sleep well. i have tried to contact the corporate office (blue rock partners llc) by phone 4 times. i have left 2 messages. i also emailed them and have not heard anything. regarding contact misty owens first name misty last name owens phone number 7722044783 mobile number -- email address [email protected]
