Description: Description of complaint: american home real estate partnership iii lp purchased the home next to our home. they did a basic rehab and rented the house. the tenants at the time then sublet the house to his brother. before thanksgiving it was busted as a grow house. the house has been empty every since. the realtor i find out is only responsible for showing american home real estate partnership iii lp property's. the american home real estate partnership iii lp owns 25 property's in hillsborough county alone. they also own property in other states. my current issues are that since it has been left unattended the house is full of mold. it is so bad that you can smell it outside of the house. mold being a big draw to rats is now infested. i know because they are no coming into our property we are having to spend money, time and energy for a problem that should not have existed. the yard is loaded with trash. i have talked to the company and they have done nothing. this house so full of mold is a safty issue. i do not want to breath all of the spores that must be in the air. additional information: form submitted on: 3/3/2015 1:44:19 pm
