Description: Please see below for 3 emails sent to greenacres properties, they promised action but other than a few days of no activity it's business as usual across the street from our house. email # 1-july 2, 2014- neighbors across the street at 1716 wakefield drive are conducting a business out of their garage. every morning & early evening for at approximately the past month, there has been a garage full of people exercising.. and cars all up & down the street. i was under the impression that it was against the association policy to conduct a business such as that out of your house/garage. would appreciate it if you would look into this. email #2-july 9, 2014- sent a msg approximately 2 weeks ago regarding 1716 wakefield drive. the residents are still running their business out of the garage. yesterday, there were numerous people literally down the block, outside of the garage doing exercises. we have residents on the block since 1995 & do not appreciate this at all. this goes everyday, twice a day. i know this is against the association hoa. please provide an update. is there any other entity we should be notifying??
