Description: Description of complaint: previous, case #ce13000490, was resolved regarding the pool location at 7318 sunshine circle. that same location had the pool was cleaned (thanks to the county), but for some reason, they refilled the pool with water and allowed it to become a disgusting swamp mess again. the mosquiotes are back and so are the snakes and frogs. additionally, it was noticed that a moving pod came to this house and the owner left, however she left a bunch of trash and home items on her front yard blocking her doorway. i am now worried, this dwelling is abandoned and the pool will continue to get worse or unable to be addressed if no court order can be issued if she is not living there. the pool needs tobe cleaened and drained with no water added unless it can be proven that it will be kept clean or in use. the trash pile up of this newly abanonded home is an eye soar and the yard is becoming overgrown, as well as trees that are not trimmed. as we get into the storm season, i am worried of untrimmed trees and palms debris landing in my yard or another neighbor's yard. the county was so helpful before so please help us as this citizen clearly has no regard for keeping up this property. what do we do if it is abandoned and causing concerns? thanks in advance!! complainant name: tiffany guerrero phone: 813-817-5975 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
