Description: Sr6309 5/4/2015 6:28 pm there have been many issues at this residence, most concerning water use. at this point there has been no running water since january 2015. the house appears abandoned and has been a haven for homeless men. there is a very foul odor we believe is either from the green/black water in the swimming pool or from human waste in the house and in the pond behind the house. most of the windows and some of the doors are broken and missing. there are also non-operational vehicles. approximately half an acre in the front yard is consumed by a failed attempt by the homeowner to run an illegal plant nursery. teco has turned off the electricity to the well because of the homeowners refusal to pay. we believe there is still power to the home. the hillsborough county sheriff's dept. has responded to this address at least 50 times in the last year. any help with this property would be appreciated. no contact information given
