Description: 7 may 08 - pools at 1185 & 1195 greatwood manor are not being maintained. i spoke to the owner at 1185 and he will have his serviced. 1195 greatwood manor is vacant. the tax record indicates sonja robinson is the property owner, but i can not locate her. 14 may 08 - the pool is not clean. i have been unable to locate the owner 14 aug 08 - the pool is still not cleaned, but can not locate the owner. property is secure 14 may 09 - spoke to ms. diamani on fieldstone landing about the pool. i am searching for the owner. windward assn. will look at the pool. 26 may 09 - the pool has had a treatment, the property is still vacant, unable to locate the homeowner. the pool looks better, no evidence of bugs or slime. the property is secure. 30 oct 09 - pool condition remains the same, property is vacant but secure. 10 feb 10 - property is secure, pool is not cleaned, but does not have and accumulation of moss and slime 6 may 10 - he propety is vacant but secure, spoke to neighbor about the condition of the pool. i told him i have not been able to locate the homeowner. 21 may 10 - issued notice of violation. sent nov to address, certified mail. nov required the pool to be cleaned by 26 may 10 15 jun 10 - issued summons for june ceb 23 jun 10 - summons was returned as not deliverable as addressed and unable to forward 24 jun 10 - code enforcement board the property owner, sonja robinson's whereabouts are unknown. a notice of violation was issued and mailed, certified, to the owner at 1195 greatwood manor, alpharetta and she was given 5 days to correct the violation by cleaning and maintaining the pool in a clean and sanitary condition. 9 sept 10 - the pool has been mostly drained. 12 may 11 - the pool has a cover over it. the cover, however, is now dipping into the pool. the responsible party needs to repair the pool cover. 19 may 11- spoke to boa property preservation about repairing the pool cover. the put in a new workorder to repair the pool cover.
