Description: Sr25320 8/31/2015good morning,i have placed a complaint on 08/06/2015, to the hoa where i reside at grande reserve condos tampa located at 4255 w humphrey st, tampa, fl 33614 regarding the leak and mold in my roof and ceiling. i made it clear that something needed to be done immediately being that my 20 month old daughter has respritory issues. i was told that there is about 6 other units that needed attention before someone was able to come to my home to see the issue and then decide what was going to be done to fix it. the property maintance men came to my apartment to see what the issue was and cut out about a 4ft hole in my bedroom ceiling, exposing the mold, rotten wood and insullation, where me and my daughter sleep. i was told by the association that someone will be out to fix it no later than wednesday 08/12/2015. the roofers were on my roof that day but the hole in my ceiling was still there exposing the tremendous amout of mold, rotten wood, rodent feceses and insullation. since then, nothing has been done to fix the issue. i brought it to their attention that the ceiling was still not fixed. i noticed this weekend that there is now two more leaks in my roof, in the same area with a steady flow of water coming into the room when it rains. i have told my landlord that the issues have not been attend and i have yet to hear anything back. walking into my home you can smell the mold. i have attempted to call the office and i never get an answer. i went to the office and they are constantly closed and i emailed my land lord regarding the matter and i have not heard back from him. me and my daughter have been sleeping in the living room because of the exposure, which she is now sick with rsv. i am looking for the issue to be taken care of as soon as possible, if not i would want to move. please see the attached pictures for referrence. thank you!kristina blas813-526-2647grand reserve condos 813-882-0421 landlord: jafaar jafaar 813-770-1250contactregarding contact kristina blasfirst name kristinalast name blasphone number 813-526-2647mobile number --email address [email protected]
