Description: Description of complaint: on 3/12/15, i sent the following complaint listed below to the code inforcement and nothing has been done!! when i just checked the case on your website it states that the complaint was an r.v., code informcer officers went out on 3/12/15 and the r.v. had been removed and the case was closed on 3/18/15. at no time did i mention anything about a rv, they have never had an rv at this address. the problem/complaint is with the trash, junk, etc. all over all the yard, house and roof of the house. *****please read my orginal concern sent on 3/12/15 below***** hello, not sure if i'am contacting the correct place, but want to report a super junky messy house on my block. for years i have not said anything, but its getting worse. i think the lady that lives there is not right?? she has junk/stuff everywhere. her whole front yard is covered (every inch of it) with indoor shelfing units and cabinets that are then filled with knick knacks. she has covered her complete fence with decorations, items and everything you can think of. she even has the section of land between the fence and the street full of stuff on a car trailer. she recently placed clear plastic drop cloths hanging from her porch roof to the floor of the porch and it stuffed with junk. she even has decorations, knick knacks and ceramic chicken figurines on the top of the roof. it's crazy! if we get a wind storm or huricane, all those items on the roof are going to become projectiles and hazard to the community. this house brings down property value and is plainly an eye sore. when the inspector comes out to see it, he/she won't beleive it. it's a hot mess and something needs to be done asap to clean this house and property up. im sure there are tons of code violations. just because its her property she should not be allowed to have it like that. the neighbors have to look at that mess each day. if we all are required to cut our grass, paint our homes and keep a tidy looking property, then why should she be allowed to do this? i think she has gone under the radar for many years. please, please send someone out to check this out. thank you! additional information: form submitted on: 3/30/2015 12:50:24 pm the following form was submitted via your website: code enforcement department street number: 7216 street name: cortez ave apartment / lot number: city: tampa zip code: 33614 nearest major intersection: broad street
