Description: Description of complaint: on behalf of myself, my wife and son, home owners association and maverick court neighbors, i am once again filing a complaint to get ms. lund's reckless disregard for everyone around her stopped. when i built my house in 2000, the mess was moderate yet unacceptable and now from all night roosters to chicken and goat manure, a dozen or more stray cats that spray in our garage, the endless junk and debris scattered around the property to their unfinished roof and occupied barn as a residence, this is unfair. this equestrian community of single acre properties is too small for a full scale, manure covered and under maintained farm. we recently trimmed our tree to prevent it from damaging her barn and with manure 6" deep and a dead cat visible to the tree workers, this excursion into farming has obviously become more than they can maintain. there are over a dozen goats, dozens of chickens and a constant traffic of people in and out to maintain what little they are maintaining. it was my understanding code allowed 2 hoofed animals and they are way beyond this limitation and the junk is just getting deeper and deeper. if you want photos i most certainly can provide them but a simple inspection will clarify that this situation is way over the top and needs to be addressed. there is a place for this and certainly they understand that it is not right in the middle of this nice community. i look forward to your response.... submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. mark wyckoff 727-804-5316 email address: [email protected]
