Description: Electrical contractor office 08/31/09: called applicant and left voice mail. sg 09/01/09: applicant called back regarding hop, still running office only from house. applicant informed of lack of payment and an invoice will be mailed out with past due amount and was informed an inspection will need to be done. sg 09/16/09: re-constructed file, could not find original file. will have officer do inspection for hop approval, was never approved or issued. sg 9/23/09 fi, electrical contractor. large storage shed for parts storage. applicant claims two resident employees and one non resident: son works in the field and wife works in the office. wife's friend helps in office part-time. ps 09/23/09: fi, ps did inspection, contact with owner and he was informed what to do next. 9/24/09 called po and advised that i did not find any permit for the shed. shed is approx. 500 sq feet. advised that a fi and permit would be required. ps 09/25/09: recvd. applicant and check in the amount of $155.00, ck no. 3882, project notices sent to surrounding neighbors. were not sent out in 2001. sg 10/13/09: recvd back from neighbor project notice. placed in file. sg 10/19/09: file given to ps for re-inspection. sg 06/22/12: complainant stated two employees during the day, workers come and go daily, parking on the colusac and this complaint has been going on for over 2 years, metal structure in back of the house used as the electrical workshop. sg
