Description: Description of complaint: since june of 2013 my family has been without running water. i had talked with the owner and was assured that the plumbing situation; along with other needed repairs would be remedied. to this date--we are still without running water and no repairs have been made. we were told by a local plumbing company that we called that the water pump has gone bad. we sent a three day notice(s) to the owner requesting that we be provided with running water along with requests for additional repairs and concerns regarding the property; however we have not received any response to receive water; as agreed upon in our lease. all correspondence sent to the last known address of landlord has since been returned. we remain without water and i am transporting 12-20 gallons of water per day. we have been told that the landlord is in violation of the florida landlord/tenant act section 83.56 regarding plumbing, hot water, and heating per our lease agreement. we are making arrangements to move from the premises, but would like a safety inspection report on the current condition of premises and other serious concerns regarding the dwelling, such as; the ceiling load beam in the home is sagging and there are electrical safety issue(s) with the home; along with signs of termite infestation and dry rot of the home. any assistance with an inspection of the home would be greatly appreciated. supporting file or photo: walker road.pdf submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. hannibal taylor 813-784-5056 email address: hannibal [email protected]
