Description: The following is the information a citizen submitted using the online form on the hillsborough county code enforcement complaint form. description of complaint = unlawful septic tank and home addition installed: it's been brought to my attention that a gentleman on the street has installed a septic tank by medulla plumbing for the addition by his pool that has not had a permit pulled. i was inclined to overlook the addition for the pool as he is being consulted by the owner of cam tech school of construction. however, when the owner himself of cam tech school of construction advised julio to pull a permit, especially for the septic tank, i became concerned. in the last 18 months, 6 homes on the street have had to have their spetic tanks replaced. julio is certainly not far behind. installing a septic tank without a permit is a danger to the entire block. not to mention the fact that it is adjacent to a lake and have a ditch running along the backside of the property. according to julio, this is not a real spetic tank. he said it is a drum style and therefore cannot leak into the ground or overflow into neighboring yards. he said several complaints have been made to the building department and all have been unfounded. i am not sure how it can be unfounded if he is putting an addition and a septic tank without a permit. i was under the assumption that all new buildings require a permit. please, if it is truly unfounded at least send someone out to inspect the new septic system on the north side of the addtion behind the wall on the ne side of the home. thanks street number = 920 street name = lake brooker ct apt./lot number = zip code = 33548 nearest major intersection = holley lane and lutz lake fern what road does the location run off of? = lutz lake fern name of subdivision, apartment complex, or mobile home park = owner name (if known) = julio moran address (if known) = 920 lake brooker ct, 33548 apt. or lot number = complainant name = phone = email me a confirmation copy of this complaint = no submitter's email address =
