Description: During the week of february 9, the 10- foot atrium fence attached to the property walls was subjected to a very large and visible graffiti attack in red painted lettering three lines deep. the attack was reported to the sheriff's department by other concerned residents. the defacement is very visible from every angle. the owner is aware of the attack since he parks one of his vehicles on the grass abutting the atrium fence. however, this owner has made no effort to remove the graffiti from the atrium fence. additionally, the fence is badly in need of refinishing. this is urban blight, and sends a terrible visual message about the surrounding properties, signaling we are open targets for vandalism. we believe owner should be held responsible for removing the graffiti on his property at once, whether or not the perpetrator has been apprehended.
