Description: I need someone to inspect the property at the address mentioned below, it has been vacant for over a month, i have been told the owner is out of town on business, but i just found out through county clerk that the property has been foreclosed by citigroup. the pool is over flowing, totally green with frogs and mosquitos everywhere, a major liability with the children in the neighborhood, the gate to the back yard is wide open, the privacy fence was placed using my poles which in turn made my own fence buckle, the neighbors fence was placed with the bad side and poles facing my property done with out my concent. a huge tree is pushing on the fence which has now buckled on to my property. we need someone to come spray for mosquitos due to the sitting water in the pool i can't even let my dogs out in my own yard, because the mosquitos are so bad. the minute i open my sliding glass doors they swarm in. the owner and some friends built a lanai made of wood and screen with out a permit and we need to make sure that it is safe in case we get a hurracaine, there are things loose all over the yard that are very unsafe with high winds this stuff will turn into flying torpedos, there are electrical wires exposed. a lot of the electrical stuff lighting etc, he did himself and i don't think is safe. please contact the owner of record / bank and have this corrected. thank you for your time, mari worley
