Description: Description of complaint: this will not be easy for you to resolve, because it is probably a bank owned property. the former owner, fred parker, passed away about 3 years ago. since then, despite one neighbor who owns a yard business trying to cut the grass occasionally, the property has become severely neglected. and besides being severely overgrown, it has become a major safety and health hazard. the foliage all around the house is ridiculous, and is even beginning to block the sidewalk. cats and other small animals routinely climb in and through holes in the roof. but wait... it gets worse... a gate on the left side of the property is wide open, and a walk around back is pretty scary! there is a pool that the bank (i suppose) started to have covered over, but it was never completed. it is now just a wood frame with deteriorated plastic, over the still full pool. should an adventurous child venture back there i don't want to think what might happen. even so, the pool is filled with green water and has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. the foliage in the back is so thick, i'd be shocked if there weren't dangerous snakes breeding back there too. besides the gate, the rear sliding door entrance to the property is obviously wide open, and i'm sure those who left it open were criminals. now on that note, i probably was trespassing by taking the photos i did take, which i am forwarding to you. where safety, and probably prevention of a tragedy is concerned, i think my actions were warranted. but sadly this is the reason i must submit this anonymously. supporting file or photo: freds.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
