Description: 2nd compaint we cannot enjoy our swimming pool or for that much our entire back yard because of our neighbours green, mosquito infested pool. we have tried to relax and bar-b-que and are constantly being bitten by hundreds of mosquitos. at night the pools are filled with many, many bullfrogs that are constantly croaking all night long. our one neighbor at 1706 sloop place has abandoned her house because of it being in forcloseure. can the pool be pumped out? please, any relief or help or guidance, that you can provide us would be greatly appreciated. thank-you very much in advance. james and jo ann marshall
