Description: 9/12/14, in response to a complaint, officer domozick inspected 310 north farm drive. the swimming pool was found to be partially filled with untreated water, creating an unsanitary condition. a letter was sent to the owner, jeffrey davala, with a deadline of september 29 to bring the pool into compliance by either filling the pool with clean, filtered water, or covering the pool. 10/10/14, after having no communication with the owner, officer domozick re-inspected the property and found no change in the condition of the pool. a notice of violation was sent to the owner, with a deadline of october 24 for compliance. here is a photograph of the violation. 10/31/14, after having no communication with the owner, officer domozick re-inspected the property and found no change in the condition of the pool. a summons to appear at the november code enforcement board meeting was issued. 11/13/14, after the november meeting of the code enforcement board was cancelled, an updated summons to appear at the december meeting of the board was sent to the owner. 12/18/14, officer domozick re-inspected the property this morning a found no change in the condition of the pool. here is the photograph taken this morning.
