Description: 5/31/12, received complaint from martha thomas at 1660 harvest lane that the pool next door was full of untreated water. i verified that the complainant was correct, and left a hang tag on the mailbox while i investigated the property. found that the house had been foreclosed on by aurora bank in april. i contacted aurora bank via their website and asked that they contact me regarding this house. 6/11/12, received a call from the local property manager for this house. he informed me that the foreclosing lender, aurora bank, had been sold to nationstar mortgage in lewisville texas. he also informed me that he had gotten an estimate to cover the pool, and would forward the estimate to his new contact at nationstar. over the next five weeks, no action had been taken despite weekly calls to the property manager. 8/2/12, a notice of violation was sent to nationstar mortgage, with a deadline of august 14 to cover the pool. 8/15/12, with no action taken, a summons was sent to nationstar bank, with a copy to their local property manager. 8/21/12, reinspection of property found pool filled with filtered water. property in compliance. note: local property manager is bret sanders, 407-716-3376.
