Description: Flooding in the complex and management has not eleviated problem. water has been standing for 2 or more weeks. description of complaint: there are many areas that have no gutters. when it rains it creates a pond in the bbq area and parking lots. the storm drains in the ground are always backed up so you have to walk through (and drive through) large ponds throughout the complex. there are no sidewalks so you have to walk through the parking lot which is dangerous due to speeders or you can walk through the muddy ground. there is mold in a lot of the apartments people are getting sick. not all of the lights are functioning at night so it's a safety concern. most of the complex has half painted in varying colors and some have had "construction" work being done for months. it looks like missles are being tested. i'm worried about the standing water that's always around i think it's a health hazard. nearest major intersection: gunn highway and: anderson rd. what road does the location run off?: gunn highway name of subdivision / complex: st james crossing
