Description: There are 4 partially completed homes located on cumberland cliff drive in ruskin, fl 33570. the address numbers are 2509, 2510, 2512, and 2513. these homes are owned by hannah bartoletta homes and are posing serious issues to our hoa/cdd community. with their over grown lots and half built shell they are becoming common place for vagrants, drug transactions, and stray animals to locate. i have noticed signs of gang graffiti beginning to occur. children are playing in and near the homes and it will only be a matter of time before something serious happens to someone. these homes have been sitting in this deplorable condition for more than a year with no continued work at all. when contacted on several occasions, hanna bartoletta homes stated they have no intention on doing anything with their homes but leave them sit in this terrible condition. these homes must be finished or removed immediately to protect the members of our community. additionally the vacant lots surrounding the entire area are extremely over grown with weeds and the owner of the empty lots (metro development group) will not cut the lots.
