Description: Sr48444i am inquiring about my neighbors. i currently purchased my home next door to the address of the possible violations. in the two months since we have been at our home we have witnessed yard sales every weekend. they have divulged the information to my wife and i that the yard sales are their source of income. they have signs that advertise yard sales from wednesday through sunday. i'm not sure what the laws are, but we are fed up with people parked in front of our home and walking through our grass and dropping trash. also the neighbors have told us that they rent 1 room of the home and that other people come and go as renters. is this legal for a single family home? the owner of the home is said to live out of country. we have asked them not to allow their customers to park in front of our house but they have not done so. thank you for your time. attached is a picture of the advertised days of the yard sales.
