Description: Sr21521 8/11/2015 1 0:16 ami live in a townhome at the park at lake magdalene. the bathtub is directly above my kitchen. two days after moving in, i was taking a bath and water was pouring downstairs in my kitchen. i notified maintenance and they just put putty over the hole and stated it was fixed. i questioned if they just temporarily fixed it or truly fixed it....didn't get a response. two days after that while taking a bath, i again had water pouring (similar to a faucet on high) from my ceiling and soaking my kitchen! i complained that they didn't fix it correctly and got angry with them so they came and apparently replaced the drywall. now a month later it is leaking again. i called and left a message about the leak on saturday night and have not heard anything from management or maintenance. i have notified the office numerous times in the past month that my ceiling was starting to get a yellowish tint to it and i was concerned about mold, because i have a child in the home, but they refuse to do anything about it. my townhome has been infested with roaches, to the point where there was roach poop in all of my cabinets and they continued to ignore my complaints until i go up there in person and show them photos. i recently had my townhome upgraded and all the cabinets were replaced so the roach issue is a bit better, but i still have them on a daily basis, which the office seem to not care about. please come out and do an inspection of this property because they don't care about properly maintaining the premises for their tenants. hopefully if code enforcement comes out, it will light a fire under them to properly take care of these issues.first name brittneylast name hubbardphone number 8137706398mobile number --email address [email protected]
