Description: Caller is renting this house and it has increasing amount of issues that landlord is not taking care of, despite tenant informing them. -there was a problem with the well water (e coli present), problem was resolved by changing over to city water. this was an expensive fix and increased the rent $65/month. -the house is deteriorating due to severe termite infestation. when a roof leak was being addressed the damage to the wood was evident (termite worker said he didn't even want to touch it--he was the third termite worker to be there) and the roof could not be repaired until the termite issue was resolved. owner says the house cannot be tented for two months. -the ceiling has a large hole in it and other ceilings in the house are cracked and bowing. -there is mold being caused from moisture from over-full septic tank as well as several water leaks in kitchen, hallway and bedroom ceilings--the mold is on kitchen cupboards. -ac has not been seated properly and is not draining properly and is causing a major leak in the hallway. -there is exposed wiring in bedroom in the place where the ceiling is being repaired. a ceiling fan had been installed there previously and when they were up on the roof, they knocked it loose. the hole is about 2 by 2.5 feet that goes up into the ceiling. resident says that they do not believe the room is safe to be in as the ceiling/roof do not seem stable. caller and resident is troy webb 813-464-5968
