Description: There are a lot of hazzards in thei apartment complex . the owners or landlord care about the property there are eletrical hazards on the property from a/c units being move from building to building with wires hanging out i have electrical problems in my apartment as well they have been told but nothing has been done i have even contacted teco i was told it was not there matter its the complex the were told to replace my smoke alarm when the fire department came out for building inspections that has not been done yet the closet doors have never been replaced in my second bedroom or in my kitchen . i have been living here for five years and i want to know what is considered wear and tear . theyj ust got the proper lighting i havehad to have someone from another complex to get the lights i needed to go in my outside light i before getting the lights someone tried to come in my apartment twice and mycar was broken into. the wood is rotten from termites the nails are coming up my daughter tripped over one on 07/19/2008 the banester on the stairs are broken and when it rains thes stairs are slippery i have fallen due to that if nothing is done about these apartments someone is going to get hurt because of all the hazzards i would like for a code enforcer to come see the problems in my apartment alone.
