Description: Sr37709 12/8/2015 10:22 ammy grand daughter back in december had her living room roof fall in while my great grand kids was home. she called her landlord ms. juanita immediately after left messages for about week until the landlord finally came to collect her money then sent her repair main to add a board to the ceiling. which lasted until november.as well the kitchen ceiling was leaking my granddaughter told her landlord that there was an issue with the kitchen ceiling as well nothing was done early, then october the kitchen ceiling fell down due to the leaking. my granddaughter reached out to her landlord for about two weeks in that time frame my granddaughter reached for a professional to come look at the hole due to insects and water coming through the hole in the kitchen.the roof repair stated that the boards was molded and all the boards in the ceiling needs to be replaced due to the mold and decomposing of the wood.then the ac went out took landlord two weeks to get a repairman to come look at the ac with her and her small asthmatic children staying in a hot home, we had to have an ac repair man come who stated that the whole ac needs to be replaced my grand daughter could not afford to do it herself so when the land lord decided to do an inspection she finally sent her repair man who fixed the ac but refused to replace the full ac.also repairman only added a single board in the kitchen hole no sealant no new boards not molded. then the night after the repairs the ceiling started leaking again granddaughter called landlord immediately left messages adv ceiling was leaking. my granddaughters furniture was ruined her tv and the living room and hall ways were flooded when they woke the next morning. the ceiling is now brown with mold and soft spots landlord adv repairman made a mistake but still hasn't fixed the hole in the ceiling which has been over a month since the ceiling fell again. with all the mold and roofs falling it's unsafe for my grandchildren to live. first name madelynlast name clethenphone number 8134033261mobile number --email address [email protected]
