Description: Sr26373 9/7/2015 5:07 pmwe noticed the ceiling was leaking through the light fixture in the kitchen, and that there was black mold all over the drywall ,contacted landlord explained the problem he had someone come to fix the roof and cut out the black mold, leaving a giant hole in the kitchen, exposed electrical wiring and insulation that continued to fall in the kitchen every time the ac turned on. as soon as the light in the kitchen was disabled the light in the dining area stopped working as well. we covered the hole ourselves. the leak continued so we contacted the landlord again, someone else came out to fix the leak, promising that the leak was fixed, the leak continued, contacted the landlord again and he sent someone out to look at the ac unit, we were told nothing was wrong with ac unit except for that fact that it was only supported by 2x4s which were rotting due to the leak. two days later the ac unit stopped working, contacted the landlord again he sent someone else out to fix the ac unit, the drain was clogged and the ac guy explained that if the hole wasn't fixed the unit would continue to stop working because it was trying to cool the house as well as the attic which was 150 degrees according to the ac guy. while in the attic with ac guy we noticed a lot of rat droppings and chewed on wires. we also notices a hole in the attic that was open to the exterior of the house. the outlets in the house are in uncommon areas and half of them do not work or work intermittingly. first name christinalast name jacobsphone number 8132944975mobile number --email address [email protected]
