Description: Description of complaint: according to numerous a/c professionals lennar is installing units under size for the homes sq ft. example is my home 2441sq ft and has a 3ton unit. everyone is telling us we should have 2 for a 2story home our size and rule is 400 sq ft per ton. our unit runs 24/7 and the a/c company even said they would of put 2 in but lennar tells them what to install and pays the bill so they do what they are told and are to drag it out till our 1 year warranty is out so it becomes the homeowners problem. they don't agree but lennar is their biggest customer. the insulation people for lennar told us the same thing. electrical outlets are suppose to be 6ft then 12ft spacing from doors and ours are not.
