(3)gym 3/4 way done bond beam poured. 11-24-92-slab-jrs--wire & poly ok. turn down slab ok per drawings. steel in place north end next to gym area. 12-4-92-slab-jrs--footer in slab per drawing with steel & wire. poly ok east section. 12-8-92-slab-jrs--wire & poly turn down footer ok steel in place gym area. 12-9-92-slab-jrs--gym ok wire & poly. steel in turn down ok. 1-5-93-slab-jrs--(1)electrical & mech room slabs. (2)steel in turn down ok wire & poly (3) partial slab-gym. (4)most of steel set. starting to lay brick. all rubber flashing in at base and above windows & doors. (5)starating to install roof skin. (4)inside walls still under construction. looked at webs to be poured.----- (5)bond beams ok. workman still laying brick. flashings in place. need to check weep holes about half of ceiling installed. (6) rubber membrane on roof edge. 1-28-93-frm-jrs--(1)partial. appears to have missed one bar joist in gym, advised school board & foreman to check to see if i am right. (2)slab poly & wire ok. trun down ok. (3) insu. behind brick on top of gum wall. (4)inside walls are going up checking steel every 4 & are grouting. 2-05-93-slab-grm-nr-due to weather-reinspect 2/9/93 2-9-93-slab-jrs--(1)air cond. pad ok. (2)steel in place has insu blanket to cover. 2-4-93-slab-jrs--(1)air cond pad, steel per drawing. (2)was advised by tony bar joist in question was ok and in place. (3) wall thru all flashing & weep holes in place below 9 above windows plastic tube used for weep holes. (4) interior was grouting & steel partial. 2-17-93-othr-jrs--(1)walk thru. block being installed. all walls are covered ok heat is installed. (2)roof top access installed check book to see what clear opening is to be. 3-12-93-frm-jrs--(1)partial walk thru with kelly (2) advised lonnie needed drawing on beam that was mofified and paper work on steel bolts are torqued. 3-31-93-frm-jrs-(1) was given cert drawings on 3 changes made in structure steel are in main file. (2)talk to mike from school board, advised i need cover letter on bolts from them to review w/bill vantz. will send letter when bolts are complete (3) are starting to install smoke walls4-14-93-frm-jrs--smoke walls & walls in rooms around plumbing pipes. 5-14-93-r/plumb-rwe--bill $20.00 re-inspt fee. (1) p-905.5 laundry tray vent must rise 6" vertically above flood level rim of sink before horizontal offset. (2) p-517.3 install brass nipple at w/heater supply. (3)p-904.1 install main vent thru roof. extend s/joint at lav inside wall. install tub & diverter (pressure balance). 5/17/93-framing-jrs-co-all foam in sofit area is to be encapulated or removed to comply with section 9280 boca. 5-20-93-othr-jrs-metting with kelly and lonnie, bushey had rep on site. foam in sofit area was app. by kelly and larry isminger, but have to draft stop at each column line. eew 5-17-93 final on water and sewer connection approved elp 7-19-93-othr-jrs--walk thru--offices are occupied. advised to vacate. 8-9-93-fnl bldg-jrs--(1)all work complete in wing a & b are setting up tables & work area. (2)walk thru w/doc & lonnie, kelly. (3)have verbal from fire marshal 8-10-93-fnl plum-elp--(a)need backflow preventors in kitchen area. (b)3-comp sink in kitchen area needs an air gap on the drain. (c)indirect waste pipe on 3 comp sink needs hangers. (d)need to adjust hot water temp thru out the bldg. (e) install back flow preventors on water supply to boiler. (f)insulate water & waste lines under handicap sinks-all. (g)improper distances on waste closets, varied 13 1/2" to the min allowed of 15". (h)handicap water closet did not meet the min reqd distance of 18" from sidewall to center (varied from 15 1/2" to 19" (i)need to mark water lines on discharge side of backflow preventor (non potable water). (j)special sinks need to be connected to plumbing system (drains were not properly capped off) (k)need to install a partion between fixtures to assure privacy water closet/urnial in classroom. (l)faucet handles are not handicap approved. 8-10-93-fnl mech-gla--classrooms & halls only. mech rms not complete em.gen & boiler incl. missing parts--baro dampers etc. 8-12-93-se-elp--met with school bd. officers about some plumbing problems. 8-25-93-fnl plum-elp--(1)need to insulate sinks in class rooms (2)need handicap handles on sinks in class rooms (3) need valve chart posted on wall in mechanical room. (4)need a handicap seat mounted in shower. 11/10/92-other-lam-ap-partial underground in parking lot-aas 9-9-93-fnl plum-elp-need to insulate trap class room 120. had to order covering. 9-10-93-fnl bldg-jrs-site work not complete, need final mech. 9-13-93-fnl mech-gla-where is barometric damper on the first boiler? call me in the morning. 9-13-93 final plumbing approved elp/vpw 8/12/94 final bldg jrs u&o/kas
