Description: On 09-7-2006, i observed a large amount of rubbish strewn about the front yard of the residence ( 1320/22 old roswell rd.). the rubbish included furniture and other large items. a warning sticker was posted instructing them to clean the rubbish. on 09-08-2006, i sent a warning notice letter to the listed owner, mr. giti bayhaghi via certified letter. on 09/21/2006 - upon re-inspection of the above property it was found to be in compliance.
