Description: The following list is most but not all of the issues regarding the home to the rear of mine. 1. overgrowth of wild vegetation near the fence line, (easment) which hangs over onto my property 2. yard uncut; last known period it was cut; 3 august 2007 3. grapefruit tree in the power lines 4. grapefruit tree is a night collection point for large rats, one was found dead in my back yard. it measured nearly 12" 5. snakes periodically invade my backyard. today will relacting and repairing my stockade fence in the backyard i found numerous gathering points for snakes and what appears to be a rat nest. 6. broken beer bottles in the yard and along my rear fence. 7. large pile of trash; both hopme and yard waste. 8. this is the third time i am reporting this resident yet the problem is not resolved!!!!!!!
