Description: 8/11/2010, received complaint from neighbor that property had high grass. investigated complaint the same day and found piles of tree limbs, high weeds, and wood fence with missing panels. researched ownership, found the owners to be harris walk, inc. sent notice of violation to the address provided by the fulton county tax rolls, with a copy to their registered agent, as provided by the secretary of state's website. 8/13/10, spoke to property owner hassan, 770-518-2450, who will have grass cut and tree limbs removed immediately.

Description: 23 july 2011 - issued notice of violation to property owner because of fence placed in an undisturbed buffer. the board of zoning appeal determined that an undisturbed buffer exists between the broadlands subdivision and the park glenn subdivision in a hearing concerning 252 churchill heights. at that board, the homeowner at 252 churchill heights was instructed to remove his fence from the undisturbed buffer within thirty days. as a result of that decision, the homeowner at 262 churchill heights must also remove the fence he placed in the undisturbed buffer portion of his property nlt 23 august 2011. 5 aug 2011 - received voice mail from joyce thrasher kaiser & liss requesting information about any appeals process. i retuned the call later in the day and left a voice mail saying i would phone them on monday 8 aug 11. 8 aug 2011 - spoke to jeremy at joyce thrasher kaiser & liss. gave her information regarding appeals. the must be filed within 15 days and today is close to the deadline because the nov was sent on 22 july. i also informed her that the code enforcement board decided on vioaltions and could not be considered an appeals board. 28 mar 2013 - homeowner is filing an appeal with the state.
