Description: Illegal dumping occurred in alley behind resident's home. she believes the notting hills apartments hired someone to clean their side of the alley, and all the debris was moved to the east side of the alley against the resident's walls. cot did not clear the area. resident spoke with manager at notting hills apartments who said they did not clean the alley. items include cut grass, cactus and raked up leaves into neat piles. there are pieces of broken furniture in the alley as well. all the piles are neatly organized. caller wants the items removed. she has no way to remove the debris.
