Description: Dumping human waste in back yard. has been going on for about april when neighbors started seen him use the restroom outside. owner seems to be having some mental issues. home has termite infestation, plaster over porch is dilapidated. possible jmv on property in front of house is a green jeep. weeds, trash and debris thru out yard. human waste has terrible oder which is disturbing to neighbors. owner digs holes to deficate in and covers it up. carport has accum. of refuse. owner does drugs as well as his company. caller indicates that owner does not answer door or mail, caller is very worried about him as he doesn't wear clothes and also dresses as a woman with a red wig. also stands on roof naked during day and night hours. inspector may need adult protective services help to make contact with owner. caller says owner has started fires in back yard and has burnt it down, fire dept. came out to put the fire out.
