Description: I rent a house at 4516 devonshire rd tampa fl 33634 and on feb24 2008 i notice a small amt of water coming from under my washer i called my landlord and and he came over and pulled the washer and behind it was all black mold everywhere he looked around and said under the sink had a small leak and it must have been leaking for a few months and since the water never came out we never noticed. he then demanded it was our fault and if we wanted it fixed we had to fix it we told him no and then he served us an eviction notice! please help i dont know what to do.
