Description: *web complaint - a resident named alan rosen is located in my neighborhood. he is profitting from a home business that he adverstises on a website called www.womenstrifitness.com. strangers from all over the place meet and stay with al rosen in his home and he trains them in his home. he recently built a fitness gym and runs a boot training camp in his home and back yard in a residential zoning area. every saturday morning between 11am-2pm, large amounts of people training in his backyard, waking me up, making too much noise for my family in my quiet neighborhood. i have witnessed many people falling off his equipment and getting injured. there is no medical assistance and first aid for these injured people. he has a home built obstacle course, which is a eye sore in my neighborhood. he has piles of rubbish everywhere. i noticed that people come in the middle of night to train in his home. i think this is very inappropriate business in my neighborhood. this homemade obstacle course is also unsafe for the children that reside in the neighborhood because he does not have it properly locked up. there is also a large undecorated wooden parade float sitting on the side of his house, which looks horrible. because of his training sessions for large groups on saturdays at 11am and wednesday evenings at 6pm, there are many cars parked on the road, obstructing my vision from children playing on the side of the raod. he needs to run a business like this in a proper recreation centre not in a residential neighborhood. my family and i wish to not have anything to do with this individual. i would like to keep my identity nameless.

Description: Hole in the side was covered with black plastic but has since deteriorated. the squirrels, birds and rats probably come and go as they please into the attic with plenty of breeding area to multiply and infest the rest of the neighborhood. aside from looking bad do you think this could be a serious health violation? please note that the wood siding is rotting and also falling off piece by piece around the fire place chimney. i have not been up close but there is no way that this paint is covering the material as is required according to the copy of the minimum standards that i have and it also looks as if the siding at the gable end is curling. i do not have a photo of the pool area but it is not screened in and was full of green algae about two weeks ago - my camera was in a moving box- which is a concern of mine because of the mosquitoes and west nile that they could bring.
