Description: Home rental 12/7/09: joanne mclain called and said the cabin was only rented once, and was handled by may realty.. owner wants to cancel permit, and does not want it rented out anymore. rental agency notified by her. jld 12/28/2007- permit issued with conditions of approval, rental standards and interior posting. zero (0) contiguous property owners notified. (cka) 05/14/07: send final correction notice on: 1) pine needles must be cleared from roof. 2) the ash can must be labeled as such. 3) all trash receptacles must be animal proofed or removed. 4) non-permitted driveway lighting attached to a tree must be removed or have fi done by county building and safety. cn 05/04/07: fi. photos taken and checklist completed. lighting addressed by previous officer still present. ash can needs to be labeled. need to remove or animal proof trash cans. accumulation of pine needles on roof and grounds need to be cleared. cn 03/14/2007- correction notice mailed to applicant. next action date 04/13/2007. (ckl) 03/06/07 fi: reinspection. illegal light on tree needs to be removed. application indicates may realty takes care of trash, but two trash cans are present (one correct, but lid not secured). if cans are present, they must be animal proofed. there is a 2' to 3' berm blocking access to the driveway - snow needs to be removed before each rental. can approve application with stipulations after the illegal light is removed.[tm]
