Description: Description of complaint: on 1-30-14, i observed unauthorized individuals at 11114 lake tahoe dr riverview,fl,they are gaining access via the garage door. the front door locks have been changed by the bank that owns the property or a contract company that is monitoring the home, there is no running water or power in the home and raises safety and security issues for myself and my neighbors. i have observed one of the individuals previously entering this home, and have seen him use my exterior water hose to fill up a bucket, he said he was using the water to flush a toilet. i reported the issue to the hillsborough county sheriff's office. i could hear my exterior hose being used this morning 1-30-14 and went outside to investigate. i observed a burgundy vehicle in the driveway of 11114 lake tahoe dr, which is the same vehicle that was parked there on the day i observed my water hose being used by an unknown white male. i would appreciate your help with this issue, as i have a safety and security concern with the occupants possibly conducting criminal activities on that property and don't want it to threaten the safety of the community. the sheriff's office is aware of the issue and informed me that the individual inside the property is christopher marshall and he is listed as the owner of the property, on the property appraisers website. the home is in deplorable condition, the yard is overgrown with weeds, the wooden fence is missing whole panels from wood rot and falling into my yard, there is no electricity or running water and is uninhabitable. if the occupant is indeed responsible for the property, these issues should be enforced and fixed. any information you can provide to the sheriff's office would be helpful, deputy vanpelt can be reached at the hillsborough county sheriff's office (813)247-0455 submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
