Description: We bought property and built a home at 4611 calhoun rd, plant city about 4 years ago seeking a quiet and clean neighborhood. james bacon purchased a house behind us shortly after. within the last 6-9 months he has acquire 2 large commercial semi-trucks, which are parked less than 100' from our back porch. we now have a huge problem with the noise, smell, and sight of these deisel trucks specifically when they are worked on in his yard. this occurs usually every saturday and sunday when we wish to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air of our porch and back yard. we object to these actions, and have mentioned the problem to james, but he ignores the situation. he is apparently is using the trucks for his hauling business, and storing them and working on them in his yard. we hope you can do something about this, other wise we will have to contact our attorney. thanks, steve and barbara brown 11-4-07
