Description: The home located at 916 eagle lane, apollo beach, is for sale and under contract with century 21. the back yard, which faces the canal is an eyesore, with grass and weeds approaching 3 feet. who knows what is living in the weeds and one of the immediate neighbors houses young children. is there any action that can be taken to get the owner, the county or the realtor to handle the situation. it is in direct view of our back patio as well as several of our neighbors. someone is still paying for a weekly pool service. please advise kelley m. purdy concerned neighbor
