Description: Sr29587 9/30/2015 9:40 ama resident has been storing an inoperable vehicle (black toyota tacoma pickup) with expired tags, missing tail light as a storage & a dumping ground in their front yard for more than 6 months. this vehicle becomes filled with trash or the trash is dumped out onto the lawn which then blows throughout the neighborhood. this home has been an eyesore for years, unkempt lawn (grass/weeds are historically 12" plus) and landscape, broken down vehicles, parking on sidewalks, trash intentionally thrown on the lawn for the neighborhood to clean up, storage of plastic chairs, dog kennels & interior trash cans left in view of the street and entire neighborhood. essentially, the front yard is their trash bin. this behavior has greatly diminished the work & potential home value that all others neighbors do to keep up their property & abide by hillsborough county codes.no contact information givensr29738 9/30/2015 9:41 pmthis is a follow up and addition to a report made earlier today regarding the listed address. two other issues/violations that have been persistent for well over a year and easily 3 or more years, is the condition of the collapsing fencing (rear of home & backing to drainage) & unsafe gate which is hanging on by a screw or two. the bigger issue is that the overall condition of the exterior of the home has shown decay over the years with no repairs being made. the problem is mainly located in the patio area of the home which is in some state of roof collapse, non functioning screen doors and screens & no longer a barrier to the elements or pests. this patio contains a unkempt hot tub which inevitably holds rain water and then mosquito larva. with access to standing water in this volume mosquitoes are provided a perfect breeding ground to keep up their population. mosquito problems are very noticable & this property is in need of remediation or mosquito control to spray the area.no contact information given
