(cka) 06/08/12 not in a set. file scanned. invoice mailed. rs 07/26/13: called applicant regarding expired permit and she stated her property used to be managed by fawnskin cabins and is now managed by big bear cool cabins as of last year. called big bear cool cabins and left message for manager to call back, total amount due for property is $310. sg 08/07/13: no call back from big bear cool cabins, emailed jessica renewal invoice. sg 08/13/13: received email from jessica at big bear cool cabins: copy of email below. sg the renewal for the property at 1130 ridge rd shows its past due since 2009 however this property is new to us since 2012. i am having a huge problem on all of these. the checks were sent out with the application and maps but the checks were never cashed by the county so now i'm in a dilemma that i am trying to work out, as your rates have increased:( 9/4/13 recvd payment, sent email to stephanie for further processing.jmo 09/10/13: information emailed to p. kleinsmith for renewal inspection. sg 09/10/13: emailed jessica at big bear cool cabins inquiring about an updated application for big bear cool cabins for this property. sg inspection: 09/15/2013 09/15/2013 at approx 0916 i conducted an inspection from the public right of way and clear sight approach to residence front door, and side yard veiw of decking from proeprty line undefined easement or lot break. address is clearly posted and visible from street view, an old door exists leined up against resident structure south side yard- but no large accumulations of junk and trash or excessive yard debris, minor pine needle accumulation roof angle above front door or residence-monitor only, no animal proof trash receptacle(s) prsent for temorary trash storage, ash can located on rear deck stored on the wood combustible surface- relocation required or cement 2.6 ft square by x2 inch thick paver required between base of ash can and decking surface, minor branches within ten feet of chimney opening- minor trim required, parking asphaltic-concrete surface could support (3) midsze vehicles in circle drive. photographs taken. pk k0811 recommendations / conditional approval: no animal proof trash receptacle(s) present for temorary trash storage; owner to provide. ash can located on rear deck stored on the wood combustible surface- relocation required or cement 2.6 ft square by x2 inch thick paver required between base of ash can and decking surface. dispose of old door leined up against resident structure south side yard. minor branches within ten feet of chimney opening- minor trim required. monitor only- pine needle accumulation roof angle above front door or residence-abate if accumulation becomes a fire hazard per county fire hazard abatement for mountain regions. pk k0811 09/17/13: per i. nunez, permit approved with conditions. sg 10/07/13: permit, approval letter and conditions sent to applicant. sg
