Description: Description of complaint: theses two residences/families are pigs. there is trash, garbage, construction material, broken lawn furniture, broken lawn tools/equipment laying all over the ground and up against the homes, stacked inside the porches and carports. its a disgrace. the homes are covered, covered with green, brown, and black mold and mildew growing on the walls, windows and awnings. they stink so bad i can barely go outside to enjoy my garden, walk the dog, sit on my porch, take the trash out. basically, i'm almost a prisoner in my own home. the roofs are covered with debris, mold, mildew and weeds and such growing up there that i'm afraid during a storm that i could be injured. i have a lung disorder, sarcoidosis, and i am prescribed oxygen and it stinks so bad its hindering my breathing. the screens on the porches are bright green with mold and torn, flapping in the winds. they both have young children. 611 auxerre cir has babies and pets inside that they don't pick up after. 613 auxerre cir has two toddlers and 3 dogs living inside, large pitbulls. there are partially built decks that they were building without permits and are rotting, un-painted messes that the county had told them they can't continue so they just left them. i've seen raw food, dirty diapers and other perishables all over the property. the residents @ 611 auxerre cir to my knowledge have never done any lawn care. flies, mosquitoes, raccoons, opossums, feral cats swarming the places. they stink, did i mention that. the properties are not safe. i can't take it anymore and pray for help hopefully from you folks or other county departments. thank you submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. donald clamon 813.484.7028 email address: [email protected]
