Description: Description of complaint: there is an old trailer that was used for an office, then storage purposes, i don't believe it has ever been zoned or permitted for such, due to there is no tie down straps for safety and its old and even leaning over as its beginning to fall over, and no septic system installed, the septic is now another issue due to it is now occupied full time by a tenant, causing the sewage to continue to contaminate the area, i have searched the records and there is no findings that this trailer, ever being permitted or zoned on this parcel of land 060048.0000, it's not listed on the property appraisers, this trailer is illegal to be there, and for what reason just to contaminate the area. why in gods name would this be allowed. the trailer is unsanitary, to all. i am aware that these issue were a problem in the past and by all means i thought it was taken care of. i can not believe that code has turned there heads to look the other way. discussing with others , we all agree that it appears that someone has a friend in code enforcement. this trailer needs to be removed, or legally permitted, zoned as a residential dwelling and a septic system put in as required by all departments. thank you submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
