Description: Bocc adx sr42023good morning ms. murman: i'm contacting you regarding an issue that has been ongoing since july of 2015. a neighbor of mine, at 10594 windsor lake ct. appears to be using his condo space for commercial purposes when it zoned for residential - correct me if i am wrong. the gentleman does maintenance / woodworking /etc type work out of the home from 7pm - until 3 or 4am every evening. i have contacted the resident hoa at lake chase and they fined him once but lifted his fine. after that occurred - he continued to use the space in this manner. i am not totally familiar with this area so that's why i am emailing. our hoa rules dictate the following: "no unit owner or occupant shall make or permit any disturbing noises, nor allow any disturbing noises to be made by the owners family, employees, pets, agents, tenants, visitors or licensees, nor permit any conduct by such persons or pets that will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other unit owners or occupants. no unit owner or occupant shall play or permit to be played any musical instrument, nor operate or permit to be operated a phonograph, television, radio or sound amplifier in his unit in such a manner as to disturb or annoy other residents. no unit owner or occupant shall conduct, nor permit to be conducted, vocal or instrumental instruction at any time which disturbs other residents." i have not been informed that the gentleman is using this time to improve his residence and i have been informed by the hoa president that the resident sleeps during the day and works in the space during the evening. if there is a proper authority to contact, please let me know and i will do so as i would like this matter to be resolved quickly as it is affecting my job performance and quality of life.
