Description: Sr38565 12/15/20153:41 pmwe (and others) have voiced our concern about our neighbors before. we have let it go for a while. last night they parked a 40' rv trailer on the side of the house. if that was all, we would be fine with it. unfortunately, they are completely paying no regard to their neighbors. they are running a lawn business out of their house. they don't keep all the trucks there anymore so that part of code enforcement must have worked. this past saturday they had all the work trucks there for hours doing maintenance on them and the equipment. this includes working on equipment, running air compressors, sharpening tools, washing and other things. they parked one of the trailers (which has happened many times with trucks and trailers) across from our driveway which makes it difficult to get out. other items of complaint from us and other neighbors: warming up a loud diesel truck six days a week at 7am, washing commercial vehicles, parking worker cars in front of the house daily (see google for two of the vehicles). on top of the lawn business, they also do some sort of cleaning business. the workers meet up at the house, honk twice to lock their vehicles and then leave their cars there.these people rent and that bothers us even more. they need to get a place for their business instead of using our neighborhood causing wear and tear on our roads and harassing the neighbors.thank you for your help to keep our neighborhood quiet and a pleasant place to live.kindra and doug bess (4723 soapstone dr) please contact us by email [email protected] or phone 813-390-3104 with any questions.first name kindralast name bessphone number 813-889-8306mobile number --email address [email protected]
