Description: Sr29734 9/30/2015 9:10 pmthe cement block fence that separated carroll oaks and foxcroft apartments collapsed two months ago. avid property management is responsible for the repairs. since only a section of the fence had collapsed, they decided to tear down the rest of the fence. the rest of the fence was not removed evenly, as there are broken cement blocks everywhere and they stuck metal rods in parts of the cement blocks. property management cleared all the cement blocks that fell onto foxcroft's parking lot and placed caution tape where the fence was. they have not done anything else since. as of now there are 10+ homes who's patios/backyards are exposed to the foxcroft apartment complex. there are people from foxcroft who are climbing what's left of the fence- which is only about 4ft- and using it as a shortcut to walk across their parking lot into ours. it has now been two months and we at carroll oaks have yet to hear anything back from the property management company as to when expect repairs. per association rules, they are responsible for the repairs. residents at carroll oaks have not received any communication from the property management in regards to the fence despite multiple calls and voicemails. this is a danger hazard not only to the people who are using it as a shortcut as we dont know how stable that portion of the fence is, but also to the residents at carroll oaks. this is a huge liability and i need to know who i can report this safety concern to as avid property management does not seem to be taking this issue seriously. thank you, yamaris garciafirst name yamarislast name garciaphone number --mobile number --email address [email protected]
