Description: Description of complaint: home owners tree is over grown. over hanging the street light and also hanging low over the sidewalk and roadway. also completely overhanging neighbors driveway leaving a lot of debris (twigs, nuts, leaves, pollen sprigs ect) and a white sap that looks like bird droppings but is from the tree as it will coat the car from all sides and top. damaging to the paint. driveway and sidewalk and roadway are covered in debris. makes walking on the sidewalk and driveway somewhat dangerous, especially with the nuts all over the place. tree hanging so low over the roadway that ups and fedex trucks and other high profile vehicles have to drive in the middle of the road to avoid it hitting the top of the vehicle and there are wires from the electric pole that the tree may also be coming in contact with. because of it overhanging the street light, it does not allow it to illuminate as well and there have been recent car break ins in the neighbor....to include the neighbor directly across the street from home that has this tree. thank you. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
